Role Purpose
The Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with Imfluence’s brand objectives and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
•Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across social media, influencer platforms, and other digital channels. •Design campaign objectives, strategies, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with client goals. •Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and analytics, to develop campaign content and materials. •Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, clients, and vendors, managing clear and consistent communication. •Monitor campaign performance by tracking KPIs, adjusting strategies, and optimizing resources to maximize impact. •Ensure that all campaign deliverables are met on time, within budget, and in line with client standards. •Provide detailed, data-driven post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. •Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and relevant.

Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. •5-8 years of experience in campaign management. Skills: •Strong project management and organization skills. •Analytical mindset for interpreting performance data. •Exceptional client communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Monday.com.
