Role Purpose

The Digital Project Manager oversees projects from inception to delivery across the IM Media Group ecosystem, including internal projects, influencer projects, and client-led projects. This role involves coordinating across multiple teams, managing timelines, and ensuring projects meet business goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination: •Scope project requirements and prepare budgets accordingly. •Develop detailed project plans in Monday.com, define project scope, and set timelines and deliverables. •Regularly update key stakeholders on project status and inform them of budget implications. •Manage client and influencer communications, setting clear expectations throughout the project lifecycle. •Collaborate closely with internal teams to implement digital projects, ensuring alignment with objectives. Execution & Monitoring: •Track project progress, monitor KPIs, and ensure project milestones are met. •Ensure project profitability by managing resources effectively and making adjustments as needed. •Oversee the sourcing and management of external vendors and third-party collaborators as necessary. •Review and provide feedback on website wireframes, UI/UX, development, and integrations to vendors and internal teams. •Assess working methods and processes, recommending improvements to enhance project efficiency. Risk Management & Reporting: •Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to prevent delays or budget issues. •Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and clients, including status reports, risk assessments, and budget analyses. •Review project resources to determine if they align with project demands and optimize resource allocation when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or related field. •3-5 years of experience in digital project management, ideally in a marketing or agency setting. Skills: •English & Arabic Speaker (Preferred). •Ability to multitask and balance the needs of multiple streams at once. •Strong and Positive Personality. •Ability to manage several projects in parallel. •Flawless verbal and written communication skills. •Digital Marketing including website and app development background. •Strong client management skills. •Well versed with presentations and storytelling.
