Role Purpose
The Content Specialist is responsible for bringing creative concepts to life through high-quality video content. This role plays a vital part in executing influencer campaigns by producing engaging and visually compelling videos that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. Collaborating closely with the marketing and creative teams, the Content Specialist ensures content aligns with campaign objectives, storytelling goals, and brand identity, ultimately contributing to the success of influencer marketing initiatives.

Collaborating closely with the marketing and creative teams, the Content Specialist ensures content aligns with campaign objectives, storytelling goals, and brand identity, ultimately contributing to the success of influencer marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and developing short video content for platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Snapchat. • Conduct a wide array of editing tasks, ranging from splicing to sound balancing, as well as color correction and grading. • Capable of handling all facets of pre-production and post-production activities. • Transforms raw footage into polished, attention-grabbing videos that align with the brand's marketing objectives and resonate with the target audience. • Ensures that the brand's message is effectively communicated and resonates with viewers, ultimately driving brand awareness and engagement. • Adapts content for different social media platforms, ensuring that videos are optimized for each platform's specifications and audience preferences, thereby maximizing reach and engagement. • Set up, oversee, and operate various production gear, encompassing cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting apparatus, and microphones, for both on-location and studio shoots. • Oversee all phases of video production, including project ideation, filming, capturing high-quality audio, editing, distribution, and archiving. • Maintain proper calibration and levels of cameras, audio and video recorders, and additional production equipment. • Adapt existing content to suit social media platforms effectively.

Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in video editing and digital content creation. • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve. • Strong grasp of social media video formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Fluent in English & Arabic, with excellent communication skills. Skills: • Expertise in color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics. • Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual composition skills. • Experience creating engaging short-form content for digital platforms.
