Role Purpose

As a Corporate Communications Manager, you will oversee and execute the communications strategy for Imfluence and its sister companies while also managing the personal brand of the Managing Partner. Your primary focus will be on driving strategic narratives, building strong media relationships, and enhancing Imfluence’s reputation across all communication touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communication & Branding: • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for Imfluence, Imtellect, and Imvent, ensuring brand alignment across all channels. • Craft and manage the CEO’s personal brand strategy, including public appearances, social media, and thought leadership opportunities. • Build and maintain a cohesive narrative that enhances the visibility and reputation of the companies and their leadership. • Oversee all internal and external communications to ensure consistency and clarity across touchpoints • Collaborate with leadership to draft speeches, public statements, and presentations for key events and engagements • Manage crisis communication with swift, strategic responses to protect Imfluence, Imtellect and Imvent’s reputation Public Relations (PR) Strategy & Execution: • Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy to enhance Imfluence, Imtellect and Imvent’s visibility and reputation in the market. • Build and nurture relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure impactful coverage. • Craft press releases, media kits, and PR materials that align with Imfluence, Imtellect and Imvent’s brand voice and vision. Media Relations & Monitoring: • Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and engagements. • Monitor media coverage, analyze outcomes, and provide insights to refine strategies. • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to position Imfluence, Imtellect and Imvent’s as a thought leader in their respective spaces. Content Creation & Brand Messaging: • Develop compelling narratives and key messages for campaigns, announcements, and corporate updates • Oversee the creation of newsletters, website content, and other written materials to ensure brand consistency • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns, product launches, and events, ensuring timely and effective communication Event Communications Support: • Support the communication strategy for corporate events, ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging. • Provide PR materials and media coverage support for events to enhance visibility.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in PR or corporate communications, preferably within the marketing or media industries. Skills: • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a must. • Proven expertise in managing media relations and PR campaigns. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms. Attributes: • Strategic thinker with a knack for storytelling and brand-building. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment. • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. • Adaptable and innovative, with a drive for continuous improvement.
